B2_d gradient bangle


The B2_d gradient bangle is algorithmically generated in the digital environment and is materialized by stringing together variable laser cut two-dimensional sections. The shape is obtained by the fluid deformation of a triangular section that has added an inner hollow to bring new reflections to the object. Adding a colour gradient over the soft geometry enhance the formal variation.

Material: Transparent plexiglass – coloured un one side – 3mm thick

We have two types of fasteners available:

3d printed black ABS plastic – mat fine finish, a strong material but brittle under mechanical shock

silver-casted from 3D printed moulds, hand-finished – non-uniform glossy appearance

Size: height between 30 and 60 mm / thickness between 20 and 35 mm

About the Sequence collection

The Sequence collection translates into the physical environment the virtual algorithmic process of formal generation that is implied into the materialized jewellery. Thus, diffuse structures are obtained, which rely on transparency, gradients, overlaps and reflections to remind the form they come from.
