instance.ro (called “instance.ro” or “we”) is the property of SC Digital Craft SRL, 83rd Icoanei Street, Bucharest, Romania, under no. J40/6182/2015, unique registration code RO34545754. In order to buy from instance.ro, you must fill in your details onto our website.

In order to benefit from our services, you must be of legal age. If you are under 18, it is necessary that you provide the involvement of a parent or tutor in the ordering process. Additionally, it is important to provide us with your identification data and correct information necessary to the process of quota and / or the use of Services (name and surname, emil address, address from ID card, mailing address, phone number, date of birth).

If one or more information modifies, please let us know at hello@instance.ro. In utilising our services, you agree to provide us with correct, true, up-to-date and complete information about yourself, as specified. Should we consider that these conditions are not met by you, we reserve the right to block your access to use our services, for an undetermined period of time. Your data will remain confidential and will not go into the possession of tertiary parts to be abusively used for other purposes.

To help insure a safe, simple and secure shopping experience for you, the instance.ro website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. This secures and protects the data you send to us over the internet.

The SSL service is provided by Comodo Certification Authority which is the world’s largest SSL certificate authority.

When SSL is enabled you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration. You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of your browser you will see it begins with https: instead of the normal http:. This means you are in a secure mode.

You can order our products from the instance.ro website. All of our products are made to order. We do not keep a stock of products. For the products listed on our website you can order them via the checkout system.

In order to receive a price offer for the customized products, it is necessary to contact us either through our email hello@instance.ro or using the contact form on our website. The message must contain the 3D model you wanted printed and all the information needed for a proper estimation: correct size etc. After receiving this information, we will send you a customized offer varying on the complexity, size and time of print for the model.

The payment of your orders will be made by your choice. You can pay by credit/debit card (Visa or MasterCard), bank transfer or reimbursement. We use a secure transaction manner, through the WooCommerce platform.

All transactions are protected by the 3D Secure system and are handled by myPOS payment gateway.

Our models are carefully packaged in specially designed boxes, that are secured with bubble wrap and cardboard for protection. Therefore, we are not responsible for any defects due to transportation.

Shipping is taxed separately from the product or service ordered. We offer free shipping for orders inside Romania that are over 200 RON.

Our products and services are available in Romania and the European Union, and you can either pick them up from our headquarters or have them delivered.

We use Fan Courier as a courier for Romania and UPS as a courier worldwide.

Any delivery date we offer is estimated and we do not take responsibility for damage or costs caused by delay due to the courier. A delivery in Romania usually takes between 2-4 days from the moment the package is shipped.

Please be aware that all our products and services are made on order and require between 5-10 working day to complete. If an order will be delayed more that this you will be notified.

If you want our products or services and you are not based in Romania please write to us at hello@instance.ro for a quote on shipping.

Please note that all shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country. Therefore, additional charges for customs must be borne to you.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the product or service that we provide you can return it within 14 days from receiving the said product or service. Your money will be returned by Digital Craft (instance.ro) within 14 days from the return.

In case you want to return a product please send us a request for return of the product or products via email at hello@instance.ro. You will have to bear the cost for shipping the returned product.

Return of the money will be done via bank transfer, based on the information provided in the return email (account number, bank in which the account is held and the account holder name).

When returning a product, you have the obligation the return the product without any kind of damage, in the original quality and quantity, in the jewellery box you received it. By product we mean the jewellery, its box and any product presentation leaflet included. In the return shipment you will have to include a return letter that must include the account number, bank in which the account is held and the account holder name.

In the case of the following products, which a made to measure or customized according to your specifications, you cannot return them:

• products made using the customizer web applications
• rings made to a particular size chosen form the product page
• any special orders made by us that are done using your specific requests

The above products come under the art. 10, letter c of OG 130/200 according to the Romanian law.

Prices for each product or service are displayed on the website both in RON (Romanian leu) or Euro, based on your preference. The displayed price can be modified or a discount policy can be applied.

If by any kind of error the displayed price is zero, Digital Craft (instance.ro) is not obliged to commercialize that particular product at said price, considering it a technical error.

Prices for our products include VAT tax (19%) according to Romanian law.

Prices for our services are in Euro and do not include VAT tax (19%) according to Romanian law.

The design, text, graphics, structure and all the information on the instance.ro website are an exclusive property of Digital Craft srl, any intent to copy, reproduce, republish, transfer data, display, sell or modify the content, data, information and materials found on the said website is strictly forbidden without the written accord of a Digital Craft representative. As an exception to the above the sharing of content, data and information found on the said website on social media is permitted by anyone if a link to the website is provided (https://www.instance.ro).
